Our homes are constructed in a controlled environment in Henrietta, Texas which is located 90 miles northwest of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

This location is centrally located to the market areas that we serve. Silver Creek Homes, Inc. is the largest independent builder of H.U.D. code manufactured homes in the southwest producing over 10,700 homes in 14 years. Our independent dealers are located in the states of Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas.

Our product offering includes single & multi-sectional homes ranging from over 700 square feet to over 2,280 square feet. We currently offer over 50 different floor plans and have the flexibility to make changes to suit most families' needs.

The construction of our homes meets or exceeds the stringent codes set forth by H.U.D. We use quality materials in the building of each and every home to insure that you get what you expect.
